What if I need a paid roadmap before committing to a build? +

For buyers who want a written strategy deliverable without committing to a full build engagement, we offer a standalone Strategy Audit at $2,500. It includes a 2-hour stakeholder workshop, process mapping of your top 10 workflows, ROI-scored opportunities, and a 30/60/90 day implementation plan. The cost is credited toward any Custom Build that follows within 60 days.

How do you decide if a build is $7,500 or $25,000? +

Three factors: integration complexity (how many systems need to talk to each other), AI sophistication (basic classification vs. multi-step RAG agents), and infrastructure requirements (cloud vs. self-hosted with custom security). After the Discovery call, we send a written scope with a fixed price — no estimates that creep upward mid-project.

What happens to my 30-day post-launch support? +

For 30 days after deployment, bug fixes and minor adjustments are included at no charge. After that window closes, you can either pay hourly ($125/hr) for ad-hoc help, or roll into a Managed Partner retainer for ongoing coverage. Most clients who deploy something mission-critical move to Managed.

Can I bring my own infrastructure? +

Yes — and we encourage it for regulated industries. For healthcare, fintech, and legal clients, we typically deploy self-hosted automations on your own AWS/GCP/Azure account or on-premise infrastructure. You retain full control of the data, the models, and the access. We provide the workflow, you provide the substrate.

What if I need more hours than my Managed Partner program includes? +

If you consistently exceed your monthly hours, we'll have a conversation about either upgrading to a higher tier or scoping additional builds as one-time Custom Build engagements. You'll get an alert when you approach the cap each month — no quiet overage billing, no surprises on the next invoice.

Do you offer monthly payment plans for one-time builds? +

For builds over $15,000, we can structure payments as 50% deposit / 25% at architecture approval / 25% at deployment. Smaller builds are paid 50% deposit and 50% at delivery. We don't do net-30 or net-60 — that's outside the scope of a small consultancy and slows everything down for both of us.

Do you sign NDAs and contracts? +

Yes. We use a standard MSA + SOW structure for every engagement. NDAs are signed before Discovery if you're sharing anything sensitive. Our templates are available before the Discovery call so legal review can happen in parallel. We can also redline your standard agreements within reason.
